SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
ORDERS TYPICALLY REQUIRE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT. ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10:00 AM (PST) MIGHT BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DURATIONS MIGHT EXTEND DURING SPECIFIC COLLECTION LAUNCHES, HOLIDAYS, AND PEAK SEASONS. NOTE THAT CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR METHOD POST-CHECKOUT ARE NOT FEASIBLE.

VOYAGE WARDROBE PROVIDES COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING FOR ALL FULL-PRICE MAINLINE ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. THESE ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE AFTER LEAVING OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN LOS ANGELES.
FOR OTHER PURCHASES, SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE COMPUTED AT CHECKOUT, CONTINGENT ON YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ESTIMATED PACKAGE WEIGHT.
DUE TO COVID-19 STAFFING MEASURES, EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS PRESENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
FOR DELIVERIES TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO, YOUR ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE UPGRADED TO AIR DELIVERY DURING CHECKOUT.
WE DO NOT CONSOLIDATE SEPARATE ORDERS INTO A SINGLE SHIPMENT, AND WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS AND COSTS
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES FLUCTUATE. DURING CHECKOUT, SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED BASED ON YOUR LOCATION AND ESTIMATED PACKAGE WEIGHT.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED PACKAGES/ABANDONED PACKAGES
IF A PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO VOYAGE WARDROBE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
IN CASE OF THE RECEIVER'S ABSENCE AFTER ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, THE PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL FEDEX CENTER FOR PICKUP. IF UNCLAIMED, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO VOYAGE WARDROBE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS REFUSING PACKAGE RECEIPT, RETURN COSTS, INCLUDING SHIPPING EXPENSES, DUTIES, AND TAXES INCURRED, WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT UPON RETURN TO VOYAGE WARDROBE.
PACKAGES HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS ABANDONING A PACKAGE FORFEIT RIGHTS TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
DAMAGED/OPENED PACKAGING
IN THE EVENT OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED OR OPENED PACKAGE, KINDLY PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGE BEFORE INSPECTING THE CONTENTS. FILE A CLAIM VIA THE COURIER USED FOR SHIPPING AND CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@VOYAGEWARDROBE.COM
